I’ve been in Real Estate since 2011 and I love it. I was in the event and marketing business for the decade prior and the thing I loved about that business, is the same thing I love about Real Estate… PEOPLE. It’s important to me to feel like I’m making a difference in people’s lives. Providing value, supporting, guiding, teaching and helping others. With Real Estate I get to do that with a customer service approach to buying and selling homes. Helping people buying a starter home, finding that "DREAM HOME" or selling a home full of memories– I get to help people on a daily basis.
The majority of my business comes from referral. Either from a happy Real Estate client, or someone I’ve had the opportunity to impact in a different area of my life. For that I’m truly thankful.
I am a Realtor that treats every one of my clients like they are family, a priority, and I give them my personal attention. When people hire me to be their Realtor they deal with me and only me every step of the way. I try to make my clients feel like they are my Number 1 priority. Some clients want to see 50 houses, other clients only need to see 3. Whatever the situation I'm by my clients side making sure that if they're buying, its a great investment - and if they're selling, I'm getting them the most money possible.

I was born and raised in Waterloo and have lived in the Region of Waterloo my entire life. I'm very passionate about our community and love the relationships I've been fortunate to make here.
My favourite relationship is the one I have with Michelle. She's my partner/best times sharer/ and wife. We got married November 4, 2017. We have a wonderful life together full of fun, adventures, laughs, smiles and a passion for baseball - especially the Blue Jays. We have a mini golden-doodle named Bowie (named after Michelle's favourite musician David Bowie) Bowie is wild and full of life and falls in love easily with our guests. We also have a cat named Finnegan who tolerates me, but loves Michelle more than life itself and truly thinks that she's his mother.
Speaking of Mothers (and Fathers)! I'm super excited to share that I'm going to be a DAD for the first time October 2019. I could not be more excited to spoil my son with love, encourage him to be an incredible person, and help him be HIMSELF!

I believe that we should do what we are passionate about. I'm passionate about people and I love the community that I grew up in. I've thrown over 1200 events in my life. It sounds crazy... but that was my life for my 20s. In doing so I've met thousands of people in the Region of Kitchener-Waterloo. There are so many incredible people in our region and I'm grateful I got to meet so many of them through these events.
I've partnered with countless charities. I've helped fund a wheel chair accessible bathroom for a young girl with cerebral palsy, and raised the money for a van to aid a teen with multiple sclerosis with the transportation needed to get to college. I've organized University charities that have raised over $100,000, cancer fundraisers, other charities, youth in sports programs, and my charitable involvement been named an Honourary Letterman (Laurier) even though I did not go to Wilfred Laurier (I went to the University of Waterloo.)
Another passion of mine is Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest - where I sit on the Board of Directors as Vice-President. I believe in this festival because it celebrates culture, heritage and it is my favourite event of the year. It's great to see so many people enjoying themselves and celebrating life and our community. It also generates an annual economic benefit to our community of 20+Million dollars and 1.5 Million dollars for not for profit/charitable organizations. Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest is.... Wunderbar!
