Multiple Offers Tip for Buyers

When inventory is low many homes are being listed with an “Offer Day” to give buyers enough time to come and see it. Many times it translates to multiple offers. One way to still get a home inspection done, without having to put that condition in your offer, is to ask if you can pay a home inspector to do a home inspection before offer day.
