Hi, I'm Scott Henderson, a Realtor blending 20 years of marketing experience with a passion for real estate since 2012. Born and raised in Waterloo Region, I've served as the Director of Marketing for Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest, Owned and Operated and Event and Marketing company from 2001-2011.  As well, I was recruited out of highschool to do marketing for a fortune 500 company.  Marketing is something I bring YEARS of experience with, and you get that experience when SELLING YOUR HOME!
